Sub-processors

Version 19.08.2026. This page identifies providers that may process Account Data or Customer Personal Data for IziRento. A provider processes data only when the relevant Service or optional feature is enabled.

Because IziRento is in pre-launch, providers marked optional may be disabled. We will update this list before enabling a new provider to process production Customer Personal Data.

Core infrastructure

  • Contabo GmbH — virtual private server and storage infrastructure; hosting region: Germany / European Union; data: application database, uploaded files, logs and backups required to operate the Service.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, TLS termination, security and abuse prevention; processing locations: global edge network; data: IP address, request metadata, security identifiers and content transiting the edge.

Reliability and communications (only when configured)

  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring and performance diagnostics; processing locations may include the United States and other documented Sentry locations; data: diagnostic events, device/request metadata and limited application context. Browser Sentry is loaded only in accordance with cookie choices where consent is required.
  • Email delivery provider — transactional email delivery. No production provider is committed in the public configuration at this pre-launch stage; the provider name and processing location will be published here before enablement.
  • Telegram FZ-LLC — optional user-requested notification channel; processing locations as described by Telegram; data: chat identifier and notification content selected for delivery. Not used unless the user explicitly connects the channel.

AI and document recognition (optional, Customer-initiated)

  • Google LLC (Gemini API) — optional document/image recognition and structured extraction; processing locations under Google's applicable API terms.
  • Groq, Inc. — optional text inference and structured extraction; processing locations under Groq's applicable API terms.
  • Cerebras Systems Inc. — optional text inference and structured extraction; processing locations under Cerebras' applicable API terms.
  • Only content deliberately submitted to the relevant AI/OCR feature is sent. Customers must avoid submitting data that is unnecessary for extraction.

Address and security enrichment

  • OpenStreetMap contributors / Nominatim service — address search and geocoding; data: address search text and network metadata. Customer should avoid entering personal names or unrelated personal data in address search.
  • ip-api.com and ipwho.is — login security and approximate IP geolocation fallback; data: IP address and derived country/region/city and network-risk indicators. Used for account-security records, not advertising.

Customer-authorised integrations

If a Customer independently connects a third-party storage or identity account (for example Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google, Apple or Microsoft sign-in), that provider may act directly for the Customer under its own terms. It is listed as our sub-processor only if we centrally engage it to process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.

No Russian-market cloud or identity provider is part of the intended global production service.

Changes and objections

We may update this list as the Service changes. Customers that need advance sub-processor notices may contact [email protected]. Objections are handled under the DPA and must be based on reasonable data-protection grounds.
