Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how IziRento (https://izirento.com) uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Notice.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels. They help the site function, remember preferences and (if you allow) measure usage.

2. Categories and legal basis

We group cookies as follows:

  • Strictly necessary — authentication, security, routing, load balancing and remembering your consent choice. Used because necessary to provide the Service or for security; they cannot be disabled in our controls.
  • Preferences — language, region, theme, dismissed guidance and similar choices requested by you. These may use browser storage and support functionality you request.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, to see how the site is used. These cookies stay off unless you accept them.
  • Marketing — advertising or cross-site campaign technologies. We do not currently deploy marketing trackers. If this changes, they will remain disabled until valid consent is obtained where required.

3. Technologies currently used

Controller: TODO. The legal entity that decides why these cookies are used is not named in this notice yet. Do not read a company, headquarters or country into this placeholder.

  • Name: __Secure-next-auth.session-token (next-auth.session-token outside production). Provider: IziRento. Purpose: keeps you signed in. Duration: up to 30 days.
  • Name: __Host-next-auth.csrf-token (next-auth.csrf-token outside production). Provider: IziRento. Purpose: protects sign-in forms. Duration: session.
  • Name: IZI_LANG. Provider: IziRento. Purpose: remembers the interface language. Duration: up to 365 days.
  • Name: IZI_REGION. Provider: IziRento. Purpose: remembers the selected market. Duration: up to 365 days.
  • Name: mk_cookie_consent (browser storage, not a cookie). Provider: IziRento. Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. Duration: 12 months after Accept, 6 months after Reject, or sooner if the purposes change.
  • Name: pos-ui-preferences (browser storage). Provider: IziRento. Purpose: remembers light or dark appearance. Duration: until you change it or clear site data.
  • Name: __cf_bm. Provider: Cloudflare. Purpose: distinguishes visits from automated traffic. Duration: about 30 minutes.
  • Name: _ga. Provider: Google. Purpose: Google Analytics, to see how the site is used. Stored only after you accept analytics. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • Name: _ga_<container>. Provider: Google. Purpose: Google Analytics state for this site. Stored only after you accept analytics. Duration: up to 2 years.

4. Managing preferences

4.1. On first visit you can reject optional technologies, accept all, or customise categories. Optional technology must not load before the required choice.

4.2. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the site footer and change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

4.3. Browser settings can block or delete cookies and storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, localisation or security controls from working.

4.4. An acceptance is stored for 12 months and a rejection for 6 months. We ask again when that period ends, or sooner if the purposes change.

5. Third parties and transfers

Cloudflare provides edge security. Sentry may provide optional diagnostics. Details and processing locations are on the Sub-processors page. We do not allow third-party advertising cookies during pre-launch.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browser Do Not Track is not a uniform legal signal. We do not currently Sell or Share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that changes, we will honour legally required opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control and update this Notice.
